Sheela Reuben

Sheela Reuben is a research fellow with the Singapore-Delft Water Alliance and is currently working in the ASC Pandan project. Her present research interests are in biofilms and metabolomics studies with respect to aquatic systems. During her doctorate research at NUS, she has worked on the effect of perturbations on the interrelationships among metabolic pathways in plants. She has also been associated with molecular biology and neuroimmunology projects in the past. She was the Chairperson of the 10th Biological Sciences Graduate Congress. She has participated in several international and local conferences.

Research Interests:

  • Metabolomics, metabolic networks and data analysis
  • Transcriptomics and gene regulation
  • Molecular biology and functional genomics
  • Neuroimmunology
