1st Workshop of the SDWA ASC-Pandan Project

Purpose: We hope to have very informal and scientifically open discussions following a tight schedule of highly focused presentations. We have in-principle approval to go ahead with the proposed project and at this workshop, we shall develop details required for us to achieve the following:
- revise the proposal for submission to SDWA management board on 01 Oct07
- get all team members onboard with the overall picture;
- be able to align our themes with the overall project scope and develop the initial experiments/tasks for implementation
- prepare ourselves for the October 29-31 presentations by theme spokespersons, which will include defending the proposal in front of the scientific board
